GRIEFPVP – FREELANCE DEVELOPER AGREEMENT (SHORT FORM)

Owner: GriefPvP (GriefPvP.com)

1. Role & Access

Developer is granted limited access to GriefPvP servers, back-end files, and Discord strictly for development purposes.

2. Data & Confidentiality

Developer may not access, use, copy, or share any personal data, server data, or sensitive information outside assigned work.

3. Professional Conduct

Developer must act professionally at all times across the server and Discord.

4. Game-play & Conflict of Interest

Developer accounts may NOT be used to compete with public players
No unfair advantage or conflict of interest allowed

Alt account rules:

All alternate accounts must be disclosed to Owner
Alt accounts may NOT receive special items, privileges, or admin benefits

5. Unauthorized Actions

Developer/Mod/Freelancer/Volunteer may NOT:

Give themselves or others items, permissions, or advantages
Modify systems for personal use

All requests must be submitted via the GriefPvP Contact Form and approved first.

6. Changes & Incident Reporting

Any damage, changes, or mistakes must be reported immediately via Discord Admin Chat or Contact Form
If unsure about a change, Developer must ask before proceeding

7. Enforcement

Violations will result in:

Immediate removal of all privileges
IP ban from back-end/server files
Continued game-play allowed only as a normal player (no privileges)

8. Ownership

All plugins and work created are the sole property of GriefPvP.

No reuse, resale, or redistribution allowed. Violations may result in legal action.

9. Agreement

By signing below, Developer acknowledges and agrees to this Agreement and the full Legal Terms referenced below.

GRIEFPVP – FULL DEVELOPER LEGAL TERMS (INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE)

By accepting or signing the GriefPvP Developer Agreement, you (“Developer”) agree to the following legally binding terms:

1. Independent Contractor

You are an independent contractor and not an employee or partner of GriefPvP (GriefPvP.com).

2. Confidentiality & Data Protection

You agree to permanently protect all confidential and personal data, including player data, server files, and back-end systems. You may not access or use such data outside your assigned work.

This obligation survives termination.

3. Conflict of Interest

You may not:

Use privileged or developer accounts to compete with players
Gain or provide any unfair advantage
Engage in any activity that creates a conflict of interest

4. Alt Account Disclosure

All alternate accounts must be disclosed to GriefPvP owner(s). Alt accounts are strictly prohibited from receiving any special privileges, items, or administrative benefits.

5. Unauthorized Use & Self-Dealing

You may not:

Grant yourself or others items, permissions, or benefits
Modify systems for personal gain
Implement any change benefiting yourself without prior written approval

All approvals must be requested through the official Contact Form.

6. Change Control & Incident Reporting

You must:

Immediately report any damage, errors, or unintended changes
Obtain approval before making uncertain or high-risk changes

Failure to report is considered a breach.

7. Intellectual Property

All work created, including plugins, code, and systems, is the sole property of GriefPvP. (GriefPvP.com)

You are strictly prohibited from:

Reusing
Selling
Distributing
Repurposing

any work created under this agreement.

Violations will be pursued through legal action, including litigation.

8. Enforcement

Violations may result in:

Immediate termination
Revocation of all access and privileges
IP ban from systems

GriefPvP (GriefPvP.com) reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies available.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

10. Binding Agreement
